Hi, thank you for stopping on my page. As you search through these listings, I am sure you are trying to find out what brought you here and what kind of support you need. You have taken the first step :) The next step is to take a deep breath and trust yourself to move towards making that first enquiry. It can feel daunting, but I promise it is not as bad as it may seem. If you are looking for a therapist who will listen, understand and walk with you through a difficult time, you have found me. I am a counsellor who works in a trauma-informed and relational way; if trauma is at the root of your worries, I can support you in working through this. If anxiety and a general sense of unrest bother you, we can discuss this and explore what drives it. Choosing a therapist is tricky, but I am here to help.
Your thoughts and feelings are safe with me. We will work together to discover, explore and understand how you feel in a supportive way. We can work on zoom, face to face in my cosy and private therapy room or over the phone.
