I'm a Norwich-based counsellor, BACP member, Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society, and final year doctoral student in Counselling Psychology. I specialise in trauma, complex trauma, EMDR, sexual abuse recovery, and anxiety. I'll listen, walk alongside you, and help you find your way through. I work in a trauma-informed, relational way, specialising in complex trauma, EMDR, sexual abuse recovery, and anxiety. With thousands of hours supporting survivors, I understand the care and safety this work requires. I draw on person-centred, attachment-informed and somatic approaches, tailoring therapy to you.
