My training is in Solution Focused Therapy and I work with clients to address a variety of issues. I work with individuals and Couples.
Solution Focused therapy uses a combination of techniques and questions to help enable clients to think about how they want to use therapy to achieve their goals and to make positive changes in their lives. I like to have a brief initial chat with each client before we start work together so I can introduce myself and we can discuss the client's needs and Best Hopes for therapy.
I can offer a friendly calm and confidential space to discuss the issues my clients bring. We work together to enable progress towards positive change.
