I work with adolescents and adults — individually, as couples, and in groups — who want a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Many come when something feels stuck: anxiety, relational difficulties, or recurring patterns shaped by trauma, neglect, violence, or experiences of difference. My work is typically longer-term, making space to explore these patterns in depth. Clients are often reflective, and may be engaging questions of identity — race, sexuality, class, ability, or nationality — or navigating relational dynamics in their families or intimate relationships.
I offer long-term, trauma-sensitive psychodynamic therapy — relational, embodied, and attentive to identity, power, and durable patterns. An award-winning writer interested in decolonising psychotherapy and faculty on a number of Group Analytic trainings (clinical and organisational), I bring clinical depth and a commitment to social justice to the work.
I draw on years of mindfulness practice and experience in applied nonviolence, including antiracist work and leading white affinity groups for therapists. If something here resonates, please reach out — beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and we can start with a conversation to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.

Friday Online Men's Group
Join a long-term, online group-analytic men’s group. This is a reflective space where conversations unfold over time, allowing depth, trust, and insight to emerge. Together we explore the complexities of being a man today, including family and relationships, anxiety, professional life, depression, addiction, and sexuality. This international group is open to male-identifying adult participants of all sexual orientations and ages. Rather than quick fixes, we focus on understanding patterns, building connection, and working through challenges collectively. If you are looking for a thoughtful, ongoing space for personal and relational growth, you are welcome here.
