My practice is rooted in Psychosynthesis - a psychology of hope that explores both your wounding and your potential. I work at an addiction centre and understand recovery as discovering who you are and who you can become, not just abstinence. Whether struggling with addiction, loss of purpose, or a crisis of meaning - I can help you find your way forward.
