I specialise in assisting adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression and anger related to family, social situations or work. My role is to help you gain understanding and find solutions so that you can once again cope with stress, enjoy home and work relationships, and feel a renewed sense of yourself and purpose in life. I am a qualified psychotherapist practicing face to face in Exeter/Crediton (and online when needed). I offer a tiered 'Equalising' fee structure which invites those on higher incomes to pay more in order to give reduced rates to those on lower income. Standard fee £65 concessions £40/50 Equalising fee £80
Anxiety, depression and anger are often linked to difficulties in relationships, and a feeling of being overwhelmed by a tangled web of emotions. My training and background allow me to help you untangle the strands of the web, steadily regaining a sense of your self as whole and well. I have been seeing clients from a wide variety of backgrounds since 2014
