I am a BACP-registered therapist working online and in-person in Finsbury Park and Walthamstow, East London. I provide a supportive, non-judgemental, and confidential space where you can take time to reflect on your patterns of relating to yourself and others. The therapeutic process provides insight into how these patterns developed and how they are affecting you, leading to new avenues for self-acceptance and meaningful change.
You may be seeking therapy to address a specific problem or to cultivate greater self-awareness. Working collaboratively, we can explore and make sense of whatever it is that you are going through. By paying careful attention to the thoughts and feelings which arise during the course of treatment, new choices and states of mind can begin to emerge.
