I work with people who have identified that they have feelings of low self-esteem or low confidence and want to make changes so that they can live their lives in the fullest way possible.
I work with clients online, on the telephone and face to face. I have a warm, calm and caring approach, focussed on what is important to you and working with you to explore next steps rather than "telling you" what to do. I can help you identify what you need, express who you are and to take control and tackle your difficulties on your own terms.
