Hi, my name is Matteo, I am an integrative counsellor with over 15 years experience working with corporates and NGOs. I am originally Italian, and I offer therapy both in English and Italian. I have lived experience of the issues faced when navigating the corporate environment, changing careers and moving countries. I have special interest in anxiety, depression, panic attacks, low self esteem, low confidence, identity, men’s issues, work related issues, career and life change. I have experience and deeply enjoy working with people of all ages, diverse identities and backgrounds.
If you are here, maybe you are feeling stuck, stressed, or disillusioned with work or life in general, or maybe something happened like redundancy, divorce, illness, or the passing of a loved one, that affects your life and causes emotional pain. It can feel like things will never change and it becomes a struggle to navigate life.
I offer a safe space where to explore together what is going on with you without judgement, to find a better understanding of why you may feel the way you do, and discover new possibilities. Whilst we will be mainly talking, I sometimes offer the use of other creative techniques like guided meditation or drawing, if it feels right in the moment.
