About
I work best with clients that are ready to make a commitment to change, and are ready to develop skills of self-reflection and compassion. Many of my clients have big questions about life and their place in it, as well as questions of who they are and what they want. Some clients don't really know what they want but know that something isn't quite right - that's ok too!
I have 10 years of experience working with clients to find a deeper sense of inner peace, happiness, and self-understanding. I work very well with anxiety and depression and always offer a safe space to explore using compassion as a foundation. I have experience working with domestic violence, adolescence, trauma, personality disorders, OCD, and more.
Lets face it, sometimes life can get a bit much. Whether that's general day to day stresses or something more impactful like a death, we're all human and to some degree we've all been there. I can help you to make sense of recent or past experiences using experience gained from working with hundreds of clients with proven, long-term positive results.
