My approach to therapy is all about meeting you where you are, exactly as you are. Think about how rare that is—when do we ever really get the chance to be accepted without judgement? I wholeheartedly believe that when we can truly accept ourselves in the present moment, we give ourselves the freedom to explore, with curiosity and without defensiveness, the beliefs we carry about who we are and how we understand the world to be. By opening ourselves up to this kind of self-exploration, we start to break free from the limits old beliefs place on us, unlocking the potential to live more fully and freely
But here’s the thing: the way we relate to the world—our ‘stance’ toward life—often goes unexamined and remains largely a mystery to us. We tend to move through life without stopping to reflect on the beliefs we hold about ourselves and the world at large; beliefs that go to shape our very existence!
Our sessions will be a clarifying journey into your world. I won’t provide ready-made answers or try to change you. Instead, I offer a genuine effort to understand your perspective. My goal is to listen so deeply and openly that you begin to hear yourself more clearly, too! Please do get in touch or check out my website to find out more.
