My approach is trauma-informed, relational and embodied. Together, we explore what is happening beneath the surface — your body responses and the ways you learned to protect yourself. I draw on EMDR, somatic and inner-child work, attachment and emotional regulation, in a warm, collaborative way that is adapted to you.
I work online with individuals and couples around anxiety, trauma, shame, self-worth, boundaries, relationships, intimacy, sexuality, separation and divorce. Therapy can help you understand why old patterns keep returning, feel more connected to yourself, and respond differently — with greater awareness, stronger boundaries and more trust in yourself.
