I work with individuals who want to understand and change deep emotional and relational patterns, especially where trauma, shame, anxiety, self-abandonment, attachment wounds or painful relationship dynamics keep repeating.

We may explore your nervous system, your history, your body responses and the ways you learned to protect yourself. This work can support emotional repair, clearer boundaries and a more connected relationship with yourself.
