I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), dynamics of coaching with mindfulness and energy work to cultivate healthier mindsets and remind a deeper & balanced connection between the body, the mind, and energy.
Following the notion of "being greater than your environment "- Self-Practice and Embodiment in between sessions (some therapists call it the homework) are at the very base, and it's essential for our journey together.
