I am an integrative psychotherapist, offering a warm, supportive, confidential and non-judgemental relationship to help you explore your issues. I work with individuals (aged 18+) and couples with issues around relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, family, abuse, bereavement, self-esteem, eating, shame, alcohol, drugs, sexuality and boarding school.
