Hello, my name is Mary. I am a Registered and Senior Accredited member of BACP and operate within their ethical framework. Counselling does help with unravelling those confusing thoughts, enabling a clearer pathway. EMDR is also particularly useful for current or historic traumas.
Having qualified as a Person Centred Counsellor many years ago I went on to train as a Counselling Supervisor. I am also a EMDR Therapist. I have worked in a variety of settings including private practice, NHS, GP Surgery and EAP's. Also, I have substantial experience of working with people affected by eating disorders.
