Hi & welcome to Sunshine & Showers Counselling. As an integrative counsellor I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental, empathic and compassionate space, where we can work together in a therapeutic relationship to explore what is troubling you. Taking it week by week, session by session, moment by moment, each session tailored to your needs. Using many theories and modalities we will explore what is troubling you in the here and now, as well as uncovering layers of conditioning, hidden feelings and emotions resulting in your becoming the way you are.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression and trauma, amongst many other areas affecting people's lives. We will use breathing and mindfulness techniques to help you throughout the session and everyday life, while we work through understanding what has created this for you.
I understand how nerve-racking it can be when reaching out looking for help and therapy can be a scary prospect. However, my passion and purpose for wanting to help people to understand themselves and to feel truly seen and heard will hopefully come through within our sessions together and help you to feel relaxed.
