You might feel you have mild depression, which runs through your life like a constant; an underground river. We will explore this together and discover its true origins: what has been bequeathed? What do you bring? We will talk about your family, and understand its' patterns and ways. We see where you have constraints which interrupt you from living your own life today. Through the act of discernment, you can find where there is life and hope, and accept what is lost.
I believe in capacity for development throughout the life-span, with two accelerated periods at infancy and adolescence. But there are further developmental opportunities available: I continue to be interestea loving relationship; becoming a parent; losing a parent or starting a course of education or therapy. I believe it's never too late to make changes.
I begin with a free 15 minute video call, for you to see how this feels. The next step could be an in-person session. You can then see more if you like the feeling of a therapy relationship. I have an easy-does-it approach. You are in control of whether you want to meet again. I offer Monday to Friday mornings, as well as early morning sessions.
