I have a naturally warm and kind approach and I will ensure you feel heard and valued. Like so many counsellors I started this work after undergoing my own healing and therefore understand how challenging it can be to take the first steps. I specialise in childhood trauma and inner child work but can work with many challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief and low self-esteem.
I can provide online (video call) therapy from anywhere in the UK, or in person therapy at my counselling room in Littlehampton, West Sussex. My main area of work is in childhood trauma and inner child work.
