I work with people experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood and burnout. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR. I've been working as a Clinical Psychologist for 15 years and aim to offer a down to earth approach, avoiding jargon.
I am also a qualified Clinical Neuropsychologist and so I also work with people living with long term physical health and neurological conditions.
We will work together to draw up a shared understanding of your current difficulties, what has led you to this point, and what is keeping the problem going, before using a variety of therapeutic approaches to create meaningful changes in your life. I strive to support people to manage life's difficulties, and live a valued and meaningful life.
