Many of my clients have experienced trauma, abuse, or are neurodiverse, and I provide a safe space to heal and grow. If you have anxiety, fear or depression it can be transformed into something positive. Together, we’ll follow a plan or adapt as needed, ensuring your therapy journey meets you where you are, every step of the way.
Using an integrative approach, I help you understand how your past shapes your present and guide you toward becoming your best self. Through a combination of talking, listening, writing, drawing, and body awareness, you’ll explore your emotions and learn to make thoughtful decisions.
