The people I work with often come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected - from themselves, from others, or from a sense of purpose or ease. As a qualified Counselling Psychologist and sex and relationship therapist working in the NHS and private practice, I bring a specialist understanding of emotional, relational, and sexual wellbeing.
Furthermore, my training as an Osteopath, has shaped the holistic way I think about and work with the connection between the body and mind.
