I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in helping clients. I have worked for 20 years in the NHS previously as a nurse both in the clinical and management sector. I offer counselling and psychotherapy for a wide range of conditions, I have supported clients also with a wide range of medical conditions.
Clients often come to me because they need a safe space to explore their feelings so they can gain an understand as to how to manage their mental wellbeing. I use various techniques such as CBT, Psychodynamic, Person Centred therapy and neuropsychotherapy as I truly believe everyone is different and not one approach fits everyone.
