I offer a safe, confidential space to explore what’s troubling you and to help you unravel what might otherwise stay knotted up, so that you can move forwards.
I have experience of working with anxiety and depression, of relationship difficulties, of loss and grief, as well as couple work. I have been working as a therapist since 2008, and I’m a qualified Relate trained counsellor. I have some lower cost slots available (daytime) and I offer a student rate.
