About
If you're looking for help and support to make meaningful changes in your life, then counselling may work for you. You might want to 'think out loud' with a trained professional to gain greater understanding of why you think, feel or behave in the ways you do.
I believe counselling should be as individual as you, starting with a careful assessment of your needs and goals to plan the approach together. My experience includes managing counselling services at senior level in hospices and I have extensive expertise in bereavement, grief and loss. My PhD research focussed on resilience & optimal support for employees
I understand it may not be easy to make initial contact when seeking professional support and I try to make this process as comfortable as possible. If it is your first time exploring counselling, rest assured I have done this many times before.
