Hi, welcome. I'm a humanistic therapist who can help you explore different issues such as anxiety, depression and ADHD, for example. Or you might be feeling 'stuck' and finding life/relationships difficult. Offering a safe and friendly environment, I will work collaboratively, not just to resolve difficulties but to encourage a sense of your potential. It's an opportunity just to be yourself, free of labels. My practise is LGBTQ+ affirming.

I'm primarily a person-centred therapist which means I help facilitate your sense of agency, helping to cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself through talking. I also have an interest in mindfulness/Buddhism. If you wished, I could introduce some simple mindfulness exercises to help with stress/calming the nervous system. Creative writing can be used too.
