Hello, I'm Martin, a registered BACP psychotherapist and counsellor. If you're feeling anxious, depressed, having relationship or family issues, or overwhelmed with life and can't seem to move forward, I'm here to work with you. Our work together is to help you understand yourself and your situation better. I am non-judgemental and will ensure that the relationship we form will allow you to feel safe during our work. Working in a relaxed, conversational way I allow you to explore your own thoughts and feelings at a pace that suits you. I'm here to encourage and support you in the exploration of your own situation.

The decision to seek therapy is a powerful step towards self-understanding - it can feel overwhelming but I'm here to support you. I specialise in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, gender and sexuality issues and offer therapy to both individuals and couples. I offer both short term and long term therapy,

I work both online (using Zoom) and from comfortable therapy rooms in Chiswick (close to Chiswick Park tube station) and in central Ealing. I receive monthly supervision from a qualified supervisor who ensures that I practice ethically and safely.
