Counselling in Bristol and Bath (currently online) for people experiencing a range of issues. I completed my BCPC training with merit, have worked in placements at an addiction clinic and the Wellbeing Service at UWE and I have 300+ hours of experience. My experience includes (but is not limited to) stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, long-term illness and self-esteem.

I can specialise in addiction frameworks and the training I have received in working with clients with long-term illnesses. Outside of my Psychology and Counselling training I can also draw on my experience as a coach (I worked for 5 years coaching students through their GCSEs and A-Levels) and as a teacher.
I have been described as a direct and holding therapist. Choosing a therapist can be a big decision, so I offer a free 20 minute Zoom video call or phone call that allows you to ask me any questions you may have and will also allow you an opportunity to gauge whether whether you feel we have a rapport.
