About
We can all at some time in our lives experience painful and traumatic feelings such as loss, depression, anxiety, and bereavement, which can create confusion surrounding the path you are on. Counselling offers a safe, confidential space. Working together we can bring understanding to how your past may be influencing your present thoughts, feelings and behaviours, enabling you to take charge of your life, alleviate your symptoms, help to find and create meaning in your life and develop more fulfilling relationships. Together we can uncover ways in which you can develop your full potential and manifest a whole new way of being.
As psychotherapeutic counsellor with 13 years experience working within residential mental health and addiction services I am able to attend holistically to the whole experience of the individual. Trauma trained, working in a relational, intersubjective approach, I use the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for change covering a wide range of issues.
I have extensive experience with a wide range of issues having supported clients under extreme distress, alongside those with more existential endeavours. Whatever the problem is, it‘s important at these times to seek the correct support for you. Please feel free to contact me for a initial assessment to see if we are able to continue your journey together.
