My emphasis as a psychotherapist and coach is focused on helping build confidence and direction whilst empowering individuals to develop in areas they feel they need toward a more fulfilling and satisfying future. I create an environment where clients feel heard, valued, and understood and able to explore issues, whether related to past or present life experiences, to deepen their understanding of those experiences. This aims to facilitate a greater sense of choice and allow them to build better connections in relationships with others and with themselves.
I work with various emotional concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and relationships. As a psychotherapist I work from a psychodynamic approach and I draw on a range of therapeutic thinking around psychodynamic practice. As a coach, I help individuals gain new perspectives in areas such as career development and career progression.
I offer an empathetic approach and co-create a bespoke, accessible and easy to navigate path going forward. With a warm and non-judgmental approach, I provide a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and challenges.
