I specialize in trauma and neurodivergence, working with clients experiencing trauma and complex trauma and its primary and secondary impacts on thoughts, emotions, and the body. My expertise lies in supporting individuals through trauma-related symptoms, including anxiety, hypervigilance, self-criticism, relational difficulties, and attachment challenges. Many of my clients navigate the intersection of autism, ADHD, and trauma, addressing challenges like sensory overwhelm, burnout, masking, identity struggles, social anxiety, relationship difficulties, and the impact of bullying, rejection, or discrimination.
In therapy, we explore how past experiences shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, including how trauma affects your body and mind. By developing practical emotional regulation skills, we work toward stronger relationships, greater resilience, increased self-acceptance, and improved well-being in a supportive and grounded way.
I offer bi-weekly, weekly or fortnightly sessions, either in person or remotely. Therapy can be short or longer term, always goal-oriented, solution-focused, and led by your needs and priorities. With both lived experience and robust clinical training, I offer a genuine and practical approach to therapy. If this resonates with you, feel free to get in touch.
