Hello, I am a Clinical and Counselling Psychologist and a certified Process-Oriented Psychotherapist (POP, process work). I am also an accredited Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT) Practitioner, and have a background in philosophy, which deepens and enriches my work with clients. I offer therapy in both English and Polish – in person in London and online. In my practice, I support adults and couples going through emotional challenges, life transitions, or seeking personal growth. I am passionate about helping people find their way through life’s challenges and connect with themselves and a deeper sense of meaning and direction.

I support adults facing emotional challenges such as relationship difficulties, bereavement, grief, anxiety, low mood, life transitions, and parenting struggles. A special part of my work is supporting parents after the loss of a baby and those expecting a baby after loss. I am passionate about accompanying women with care through pregnancy and motherhood.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I believe that each person carries the potential for change and growth, even when life feels confusing. Together, we explore what is happening in the present moment – including thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and dreams – to uncover deeper layers of meaning and awareness.
