With over 16 years of experience across both public and private sectors, I offer a compassionate, expert-driven approach to mental health and psychological support. My career has spanned a range of settings—from working in private sector, local authorities to delivering talking therapies within the NHS, including specialist roles in health psychology, stroke, and spinal injury care.
I have worked with children, young people, and adults, supporting individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, long-term health conditions, and neurodivergence.
My work also includes providing therapy within educational settings.
In addition to clinical work, I am a Lecturer at a local university, teaching on postgraduate programmes in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also serve as a Clinical Supervisor.
I am particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent children, young people and adults and bring a deep, personal understanding to my practice as someone with lived experience of Autism and ADHD.
