I am an experienced UKCP and BACP registered psychotherapist with experience of working with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression and relationships. I also work with bereavement and loss, as well as infertility & family issues. I have worked at an addiction service. I teach counselling and psychotherapy theory and practice as Module Leader at Regent’s University London. I am also Trustee Chair of a counselling charity based in North London.
I aim to work with you within a safe and accepting space. I work existentially and phenomenologically which means we both talk through, explore and seek new understanding and perspectives on what you’re going through. A therapeutic dialogue enables you to talk about and make sense of who you are, how you live your life and what you’d like to be different.
I aim to work with you person to person, with respect and sensitivity so you can feel truly listened to. We can work together at your own pace, safely exploring whatever troubles you, on your own terms.
