Recently, I've been working with a lot of clients who have substance misuse issues.
These can greatly affect a persons confidence and I feel I am good at helping clients address their issues and go on to live the life they deserve.
I'm also experienced at working with clients suffering bereavement issues. Sometimes its hard to make sense of someone's loss. Let me help you explore that grief and ways in which you can look at moving on from your loss.
I offer a safe warm space for our sessions. I'm happy to work at the clients pace and my aim is to help you develop as a person.
Hello my name is Mark Smith. I'm an integrated counsellor. I offer person centred counselling and C.B.T. I'm trained to support people suffering with bereavement. I understand neurodiversity, because I have ADHD. I also have 20 years of experience working in the substance misuse field.
I'd like to think that I'm a warm, caring person. I want to offer you a safe space, so that you can tell me how you feel.
If you think that you'd like to get in touch, please feel free.
I believe that if the relationship is good, then anything is possible.
