It can be a very stressful time for clients reaching out and making the first appointment, I completely understand this, but I would like to reassure and make you feel relaxed and listened to in a safe space, I myself was once the client and have had a difficult and challenging past and this was one of the reasons I went into counselling. I offer hourly sessions at £50. My approach is to offer you Person-Centered therapy, which means a warm, non-judgemental and empathic understanding of your difficulties and concerns. Through collaboration, we will explore your difficulties /concerns to hopefully find solutions for you.
I am trained in Systemic counselling which is how we look at the whole picture of the client's life, their families, partners, work, and everything that is relevant in their lives so that we can explore solutions to your difficulties and concerns. I specialise in PTSD, trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Anger Management for individuals including family dynamics.
Please be reassured that I will not put any pressure on you in the counselling session. I offer a Therapeutic & Holistic approach with my clients and will not pressurise you in any way you are not comfortable about talking about, and will not take you back into your past if you do not wish. I will sensitively listen to your concerns through collaboration.
