Autism and ADHD Counselling Specialist. I am a relational integrative counsellor/psychotherapist and a specialist in autism and ADHD counselling. I have a passion for helping neurodivergent people reach their full potential. At the foundation of my work is the therapeutic relationship, created in collaboration with each individual client. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is central to the counselling process, helping clients to explore ways in which they relate to themselves and others. My aim is to create an emotionally supportive environment tailored to the unique needs of each client.

I adapt my approach and pace to the needs of the person I am working with, providing a safe, calm, and non-judgmental space where the client can explore their concerns and feel truly understood. This balance helps to facilitate psychological growth and provides a platform on which clients can work towards positive change.

In addition to my professional training as a counsellor, I have a lifetime of my own lived experience. Diagnosed with autism at 37, my experience significantly influences my approach as a therapist and how I interact and care for my clients.
