I am a very experienced integrated therapist for both mental and physical issues. I work with both individuals and couples, offering help with the stresses of everyday life such as Anxiety, Anger and Depression as well as marriage guidance and a range of relationship problems. I can help with ongoing chronic issues such as addiction, abuse, past and present traumas and other concerns. I aim to tailor the style of therapy to suit your needs and encourage an initial session to assess how best to work with you.
I specialise in solution focused therapy (where we mostly look at the events in your current life) and in-depth psychoanalytic approaches (that make links between the past and the present). I work with the problems of social and intimate relationships, as individuals and couples. I offer stress reduction programs to groups.
I offer face to face, online and telephone appointments. I usually suggest an initial appointment where you get to meet me and talk through your concerns, allowing you to see if I am someone you can work with and feel that I can help you. We can tailor the fees and appointments to suit your needs.
