Hello. I'm Mark, a professionally qualified therapist offering outdoor walk-and-talk nature therapy, or in-a-room and online counselling. I integrate nature's tranquillity into therapy sessions to guide you towards healing and growth wherever you are on your journey to mental wellness. Working with me, you will explore what is getting you stuck in life so you can move forward, heal, and evolve. I offer support in an empathetic, non-judgemental way. I'm a British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) member based in London. I have worked with teens over 16 to mature adults. I specialise in stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, self-esteem, the inner critic, the inner child, loss, growing up in a dysfunctional home, codependency, sexuality, relationships, and ADHD.
You will have a confidential space where you can talk about your concerns. Going into counselling might be hard for some, so I will try my best to put you at ease and assist you through the process. I offer integrative counselling, which is person-centred and psychodynamic. These approaches are uniquely tailored to you, linking your past to your present.
