My pluralistic approach can be moulded to suit your needs and is sensitive to trauma and cultural contexts, and I aim to offer a safe, respectful space where you can bring any thoughts or feelings you wish to explore and be listened to attentively.
I offer a warm, empathic therapeutic relationship where we can talk openly and genuinely. I believe people have the inner resources to meet life’s challenges, and my role is to help you identify and develop that capacity. I work at your pace, drawing on person-centred values and experience as a NCPS-Accredited Pluralistic Counsellor .
You’ll find a space where you can speak freely, explore what’s worrying you or what you’d like to understand about yourself. More importantly, I’m client-led—going where you want to go, at your own pace.
