I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma and work issues. I am highly trained in trauma-informed psychotherapy and coaching. My integrative approach blends transactional analysis psychotherapy, EMDR, and ancient healing practices to address root causes for good. In our first meeting, we’ll discuss goals, agree how we’ll work, and create a flexible plan for lasting change, usually with weekly sessions.
I work on both a short and long term basis. This involves me working with the you to create a relationship which is supportive, strengthening and empowering. I provide a safe & confidential environment to help you make meaning around where you may feel stuck, in order to progress and develop in life, exploring relationships, behaviours, thoughts & feelings.
If this is your first time in therapy, or you are unsure whether I am the right therapist for you, we can speak on the phone ahead of booking anything face-to-face, whereby you can ask me any questions you may have and vice versa.
