About
Life brings many challenges and it is understandable that at times we might look for support in facing them. As a therapist my role is to provide space and guidance to help you on your journey of self discovery to enable you to examine your life and make new, meaningful choices within it. I offer a chance to reflect on the difficulties you are experiencing with someone from outside your day-to-day life. Together we can explore your situation in a way that leads to fresh perspectives and perhaps a new understanding of yourself. Therapy isn’t about giving you solutions or advice but rather empowering you to make your own changes.
I offer a mindfulness-based approach with the aim of enabling you to make positive changes in your life. Mindfulness practice has a strong evidence base and is popular across many fields of psychology. The intention of this approach is to create a deeper connection with our openness and intuition which gets covered up by life's difficulties.
If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma or problems with mood and would like to find ways to deal with whatever issues you are facing, I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space for you to explore what matters most to you.
