Life can be so full of pressure and stress, is it any wonder we sometimes need help navigating these challenges? Many of the people I work with feel trapped by their past, overwhelmed in the present, or scared of the future. I can help you make sense of what has happened in your life, overcome the things that are holding you back, and help you to change things for the better. As a Clinical Psychologist, I am experienced at helping people overcome anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, relationship issues, and a range of other problems.
I offer evidence-based therapies that can empower you to get your life back on track. My approach has been honed through extensive experience in the NHS helping adults overcome complex difficulties, often arising from challenging or traumatic childhoods. My main therapeutic models are CAT, CBT, & EMDR, which I can tailor to your individual needs.
I am compassionate, respectful and honest. I believe that feeling heard and understood is essential for therapy to be effective. If you are feeling unsure, please feel free to reach out for a conversation. If we do not think I am the right person to help you, I will be happy to point you towards someone better suited to your needs.
