Hi, I'm Mark, an Integrative Counsellor, meaning I am professionally trained in many different counselling methods as what works for some doesn't for others. I am a calm, steady, warm and empathic counsellor who will be by your side, helping you to feel seen and heard without judgement. Perhaps you have not had the chance to truly open up about how you feel? I will be there to support you to explore whatever you wish to bring. Whether to overcome anxiety, make sense of your world or maybe to change aspects of it? Perhaps you feel stuck and want things to be different?
I can support with a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, bereavement, low self esteem/confidence, relationship issues, trauma/adverse experiences, work related stress and the challenges we all have to our mental health as a young person, parent or perhaps specifically as a man. I work with young people (11 plus) as well as adults.
