I am an Integrative counsellor and ADHD coach. My company is Ataraxia counselling. I offer individuals and couples a warm and confidential space to explore and work out some of lifes issues, trauma and personal challenges. I also offer online sessions to those who are unable to meet in person.
As an Integrative counsellor I offer a range of approaches which I sometimes blend together depending on my clients needs. Although I often work in a solution focused mind set, I also use Psychodynamic, C.B.T and person centred therapy.
