Welcome to my profile. I am an experienced psychotherapist with over eighteen years experience of working with adults and couples with a wide range of issues and problems. The therapeutic relationship is the most important process in helping each and every individual client or couple make the changes they wish to achieve when working with me. Every person or couple is unique and I will tailor my approach to help every client achieve their goals. I have extensive training to Post Graduate & Masters Degree level. I am an Accredited Practitioner.
I am sincerely passionate about helping my clients engage in and get the most out of therapy. I have personal experience of therapy, which then led me to undertake training in counselling and psychotherapy. I now have over eighteen years experience in working with adults and couples with issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma & ADHD.
I offer online and in person therapy to clients. I invite new clients to have a 20 minute free consultation with me. During this, you can discuss why you want to start therapy, what your personal goals are and how and when you would like to proceed.
