Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or facing big life transitions. It’s completely normal to feel lost or stuck, and seeking therapy is a brave step toward understanding and healing. Finding the right therapist is an important part of that journey, and I can make that process easier and more supportive for you.
In my practice, I offer a warm, confidential, and non-judgmental space where we can explore the challenges you're facing, together. I work with a wide range of issues, for example: anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, lone and step-parenting, addiction and substance misuse.
I use an integrative approach, combining several therapeutic methods to suit your unique needs. This may include person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, mindfulness techniques, and bodywork practices. By drawing from these different modalities, I aim to help you gain insight, manage difficult emotions, and develop practical tools to move forwards.
Starting therapy is a big step, and I understand it can feel daunting. I offer a free, 15-minute informal consultation where we can talk briefly about what’s on your mind and ask any questions you may have. There’s no obligation—just a chance for us to connect. If you're ready to take the next step in understanding yourself better then please get in touch.
