I am a Person-centred counsellor offering sessions for individuals experiencing anxiety, grief, loss, life's major changes and symptoms of trauma. Whether you're facing the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, feeling tense, disconnected, or caught in cycles of fear and worry, I provide a calm, compassionate space where you can speak freely and feel truly heard. In addition to Counselling, I use Focusing and elements of Somatic Therapy, approaches that help you tune into your body’s natural wisdom as a way of processing and releasing what has been held inside.
Grief and life's major transitions can be deeply personal and there is no right or wrong way to experience it. You may feel overwhelmed, angry, or confused. Whatever you're feeling, I’ll meet you where you are, without judgment or pressure. My role is not to give advice but to walk alongside you, supporting you to explore your emotions at your own peace.
In our sessions, I offer a safe, supportive space where we can gently explore what you are carrying at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we will work towards easing the weight of anxiety, restoring balance, and helping you reconnect with trust in yourself and the world around you.
