I am a Person-Centred Therapist, providing therapeutic counselling online via Zoom. I am passionate about helping you to feel positive about yourself as an individual and within relationships. Working with couples and individuals, I create a safe environment for you to express yourself freely at your own pace, working through feelings and emotions that are sometimes difficult and challenging. I work with issues such as; bereavement, depression, trauma, loss of identity, sexuality, couple communication, sex, fear of intimacy, body image, infidelity, jealousy, resentment, narcissistic abuse and stalking.
