Hello, if you are struggling with your mental health, I want to help YOU with whatever is bothering you. I would like to work with you as your ‘wing woman’, helping you to 'unravel' your thoughts and feelings. I can help you achieve an understanding of what is going on for you whether at the present moment or, due to trauma or situations from the past. To me how we relate to each other and work together is paramount. I want you to feel safe and able to share your story with me. I work instinctively with assessing your needs. I am very much a “what you see is what you get” counsellor and human being!
As an ex-midwife I am aware of the importance of creating a safe place when someone is scared and vulnerable. Sharing your innermost thoughts and feelings is scary and I understand this. I will put you at ease and ensure that you are able to use your voice, be heard and move forward without fear of shame or judgment.
