I am an integrative counsellor, so I can offer you a tailored plan for your needs. I specialise in anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and bereavement , LGBTQ+ . I offer a supportive environment where you can explore identity and societal/ family pressures. I have been an hypnotherapist and stress management consultant for 14 years helping many clients.
I offer an inclusive non-judgemental space where you are truly listened to and heard with empathy and compassion.
